One Day Protocol and Effective Communications Skills Workshop for NAMACO: Capacity Development Programme 2023

The Zimbabwe Institute of Diplomacy conducted an accelerated Protocol, Effective Communication and Professional Branding workshop for the National Manpower Advisory Council (NAMACO) on 1 December 2022 at the Holiday Inn Hotel, Harare. The specialised coaching was tailor-made to equip NAMACO Executives and Staff with the soft skills necessary to meet the NAMACO mandate and to fit into the Government of Zimbabwe’s Vision 2030.  Mr V.A Chikanda, a Diplomacy, Protocol, Customer Service and Professional Branding Academic facilitated the workshop.The workshop covered Functional Business Protocol, Etiquette, Grooming, Deportment and Dressing; Effective Business Communication, Personal and Professional Effectiveness and Professional Branding. The workshop was part of the Professional Capacity Development Programmes tailor made for Government, Private and Public Sectors.
